I had an amazing stay at a unique and cool place in the heart of the fort. The room I stayed in was absolutely fantastic, with a mezzanine bed and beautiful decor. The ambiance of the place perfectly matched the historical surroundings. I loved having breakfast on the balcony, enjoying the lovely view. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, striking the perfect balance between being helpful and giving me space. The location within the fort was a major plus, making it easy to explore the area.

I highly recommend this hotel, despite minor issues like the lack of a banister on the stairs and a slightly noisy water pump. The experience and ambiance made up for any drawbacks.

Stunningly decorated homestay with a warm welcome from the family who run it. Set in a peaceful area near the Fort, it boasts a clean and cosy room with air-con and TV. The breakfast is a true highlight, served on a lovely balcony with freshly cooked eggs, toast and a selection of fruit. The bathroom is well decorated, complete with a wet room shower. The hosts are a delight and accommodating, making for a comfortable stay.

One of the rooms is a little noisy in the morning, so it’s worth requesting a different one.

The hotel was really clean and well-maintained. It was located in the heart of the city which was a major plus for us. The room was modern and comfortable. We loved the view from the balcony which was really refreshing. The breakfast was nice and served fresh.

We were surprised by the lack of services provided by the hotel. There was no one to help us with our baggage as we had to carry them upstairs by ourselves.

fort heaven was a great find in galle! the hosts were super nice and took us on a tuktuk tour. the breakfast on the balcony was amazing - delicious hoppers and a huge fruit plate. the location was perfect, close to everything but still quiet at night.

No warm water at night

Stayed at a lovely guesthouse in Galle for a business trip. the guesthouse is located very conveniently and I could easily walk to all the places I had to visit. the breakfast served was delicious and had a variety of options. the staff was extremely helpful and always ready to assist. They even went out of their way to arrange for a taxi for me at a reasonable price.

Thus, it was a bit noisy in the mornings as the staff went about their daily routine.

Had a great Christmas stay at this hotel! the location was absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of the historical fort area. It was within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. the room was nice and cozy, and the shower had great water pressure. I also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the hotel.

The breakfast was not up to par. We expected better quality considering the amazing food we had elsewhere in Sri Lanka.
